I just wanted to say thank you so much for you video on how to stop cosleeping! My 14kg 15month old was still being rocked to sleep and standing up crying if put down awake. We started the disappearing chair method last Friday and tonight I just sat by the door and he sat up once to check I was there then fell asleep!!! You're a lifesaver

Hello!! I bought your sleep guide Monday, and all I can say is WOW. yesterday Isabelle napped and self settled, last night after following all the advice I put her down at 7:20, she was asleep and self settled by 7:45. A quick cuddle at 9:30 and she's still asleep now....!! Didn't need me to put her dummy back in at all, all night so that can go tonight. What a lifesaver that guide and you are thankyou XXX
