Digital products

All current items on this site are digital downloads.

Because the files are made available instantly after purchase, refunds or exchanges can’t be offered once a download link has been accessed.

If you buy the wrong guide or run into a technical issue (for example, the file won’t open or you received the wrong link), please email hello@ahealthvisitor.co.uk within 14 days of purchase and I’ll do my best to put it right.

Physical products (future releases)

When physical products become available, they’ll follow the standard 14-day return period under UK consumer law.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

You’ll be responsible for return postage unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or damaged items

If a product is faulty or arrives damaged, please contact hello@ahealthvisitor.co.uk within 14 days and include your order number and a short description (photos help).

I’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
