This website (ahealthvisitor.co.uk) is owned and operated by RWHV Ltd, trading as A Health Visitor.
All guides and resources are created by Ruth Watts, a registered NHS Health Visitor based in the UK. The aim is to share evidence-based information and practical support for parents and carers.
When you purchase a guide or sign up for a free resource, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Nature of the products
All current products are digital downloads in PDF format. You’ll receive an instant link to download your file after checkout and a confirmation email with the same link.
No physical items are sent unless clearly stated on a product page.
(If physical products are added in future, the terms below will also apply to them.)

Each purchase gives you a personal licence to use the guide for your own household. You may print or store it for personal use, but please don’t copy, share or resell it.

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

6. Delivery of digital products
Downloads are delivered automatically after payment. You’ll see a download link on the confirmation page and receive an email with the same link.
If you have any issues accessing a file, please email hello@ahealthvisitor.co.uk with your order number.

7. Refunds & cancellations
Because digital files are available instantly, refunds or exchanges aren’t available once a guide has been downloaded.
If you purchase the wrong item or experience a technical fault, please contact us within 14 days, and we’ll do our best to resolve it fairly.

Guides may be refreshed from time to time to reflect new evidence or NHS guidance. When major updates are made, previous customers may receive an updated copy free of charge or at a reduced rate.
